During your Private Cooking Class, you will explore everything from mouth-watering Spanish stews and succulent meat dishes to the freshest fish and seafood recipes, seasonal vegetable and salad dishes, as well as delicious desserts with a Moorish influence.
Our chef for your private cooking lesson trained in some of the best restaurants in Paris and Spain before opening his own restaurant considered one of Seville’s top restaurants, where his creative Andalusian cooking has brought him recognition from around the world. Following a guided visit with him to a traditional food market he will then lead you in a private cooking class of about 2½ to 3 hours in his own restaurant tucked away in the atmospheric Barrio Santa Cruz.
You´ll prepare and eat a delicious variety of local dishes such as: a colourful selection of tasty tapas, popular Spanish rice dishes, Andalucian cold soups, or seafood recipes. In addition, you will learn how to
properly use such famous Spanish ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, sherry wines and vinegar, and the ham and meat of the famous acorn-fed Iberian pig.
