- 1-6 - Moros y Cristianos (Bocairent. Levante)
During the first week in February, Bocairent, in the province of Valencia, celebrates its Moors and Christians festivity in honour of Saint Blas, patron of the town. This particular Moors and Christians fiesta is one of the oldest in Spain. Fireworks, music and processions. - 16-26 - Cadiz Carnival (CADIZ. Andalusia)

Traditional Carnaval Del Toro (Carnival of the Bull) Festivities considered to be one of the oldest carnivals in Spain. Takes place in the charming walled town of Ciudad Rodrigo in the province of Salamanca, near the Portuguese border. - 19-21 - Águilas Carnival (Aguilas. Levante)
Aguilas Carnival with large and impressive street processions and important competitions has been declared National Tourist Interest. - 24-10 - Festival in Jerez (Jerez de la Frontera. Andalusia)
Cellebrated in jerez de la Frontera this festival includes Flamenco dancers, Sevillanas and other traditinal music and dances.
