Abderraman III decided to build this fortification, which now houses La Zuda (the well), next to four splendid large Catalan Gothic windows. The decoration of the interior assimilates the predominance of Christian and regal characters with classical style furniture and wooden beams. The walls with Arabic motifs and the dining room with large Gothic windows are also important.
The restaurant offers a variety of delicious regional dishes including `arroces´ (rice dishes), 'anguila en suc' (eels in broth), 'suquet de peix' (fish in sauce) and 'pastisets' (vermicelli cakes) and 'Garrofetas'(dessert).
