Olaia, Desde que regresamos a los EE.UU., he pensado mucho en España.  Casi cada noche sueño con ella también...su paisaje, su historia rica y antigua, la pureza de su comida y vino tinto, la amabilidad de su gente y...por supuesto...la vitalidad de la música y los músicos de Andalucía.

A veces estoy triste porque no estoy allá.  Echo de menos de mi segundo país.  Por eso, recuerdo uno o dos de las aventuras que mi hijo y yo hicimos y...como magia...sonrío y / o me río y estoy mejor inmediatamente.

También, quiero agradecerte por tus esfuerzos.  Cada cosa que me dijiste que ocurriría para nosotros pasó.  Por eso, te agradezco.  Nunca, estuvimos demorados.  Nunca, tuvimos problemas con los métodos de transporte, ni con los boletos para las excursiones.  Siempre, nuestros guías de turismo llegó a tiempo.  Siempre, aprendimos mucho. Siempre, estivumos satisfechos con nuestras excursiones y con nuestras habitaciones.

Disfrutamos todas las excursiones y la compañia de todos los guías.

Every one of the guides were fabulous and so informative, with great personalities, too!!
The transportation was superb and right on time, all the time, making things worry free.

Olaia, I just wanted to let you know that our trip was very successful and we very much appreciated the role that you and Totally Spain played in making that happen.   Our itinerary worked out very well for us.  The hotels were very good. The trains were excellent and even the bus ride, though long, took us through a beautiful part of Spain.   The walking tours were all as expected and the airport transfers worked out well too.  So, all in all, a wonderful trip!

Thanks for helping us organize this trip.  It was memorable in so many ways.  Andalucia is a marvelous region of Spain!

Dear Olaia, This is to thank you and Totally Spain for organising a truly memorable trip to Andalusia and then to Portugal for us. In Spain your expertise and professionalism was very apparent and much appreciated.  Portugal was also very good on the whole.

We liked all the places in our itinerary and all the hotels you booked for us, and had no problems with language or friendly help in each one.  All the hotels were very well located and we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.

Hi Olaia, We had a wonderful trip. Everything went seamlessly, from the hotels to the car and train journey. We had not anticipated that the car would be quite as small, but as we just had hand luggage, it was perfect, especially in the narrow streets and tight parking spots.

The hotels were mostly really good. 

Altogether a wonderful trip. The Spanish way of life almost forces one to take a break in the aftenoon. For me, this is a very good thing as I am generally too busy, and really needed this break. Thanks for all you did to organize it for us!

We would not hesitate to recommend Totally Spain to anyone wanting to take a vacation in Spain.

Totally Spain was the perfect agency to take care of my first trip to Spain. Belen was my representative and she was very informative throughout the whole process. The travel packet sent to my home was super detailed, containing not only a map of Spain, but also a map of each city I was visiting with my hotel, the train station, and certain places of interest clearly marked. There was also tons of great information about the city histories and recommendations for tapas bars and restaurants included, as well as information for several museums I'd expressed an interest in visiting. Even the majority of transportation was arranged for me, which saved so much time. Thanks to Totally Spain, I was able to spend time in Madrid, Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, Granada, and Barcelona. I was even able to make a stop in Figueres to enjoy the magnificent Dali Theatre-Museum. Overall, this was an amazing 2 week trip to Spain, and I simply cannot wait for my next visit!

I can't say enough about our recent trip to Spain. Working with Totally Spain was a fantastic experience from the planning stage all the way through to the final day of the trip. Belen put together the perfect independent tour for my husband and myself. We stayed beautiful hotels right in the middle of the historic districts. Everything was so well planned out that we were not stressed at all about where to go, how to get there or what to see. We were provided with maps, a history of the cities we were in, suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The tours that were set up for us were very informative with smaller groups that allowed us to ask questions. We both agree that this is the best trip we have ever taken, and we have traveled quite a bit.

Hello Olaia, I just wanted to let you know that we all got back from our Camino trip safe, and in one piece with the odd blister !! …………it was a pleasure to deal with you and totallyspain, from our arrival at Biarritz airport to the taxi dropping us off at Bilboa airport and everything in between it was just perfect. It is refreshing to have our trip organised in such a professional manner by yourself and for everything to go perfectly as planned. Already I am looking forward to walking another section of the Camino next year and I will be in touch with you in the spring of 2015 to assist us in planning the next stage. Dear Olaia, We hardly know where to begin describing the amazing vacation to Spain and Portugal that you planned for us. We shared your name and that of Totally Spain with other travelers for their use in the future, professing that our last two trips to Spain, planned by you, are our favorites and that there will certainly be more in our future. 

Everything that you scheduled went perfectly. The hotels were excellent and made us feel welcome and spoiled. Each hotel provided amazing service and a wonderful breakfast.

The rental car experience was without any problem other than finding our way in Porto. Pam, as our navigator, brought us successfully to our hotel with the cheerful assistance of many warm and friendly Portuguese people along the streets. The hotel in Porto said to us when we arrived, "You made it here from Obidos without a GPS? Remarkable!" 

The business owners and employees in Portugal were incredibly friendly and helpful. 

The examples given above are only a small sample of the wonderful memories that each day provided to us.

This was our 6th trip to Spain and each time we have enjoyed our visit. Our 2010 Northern Spain tour staying in Paradors and traveling by rental car and the 2014 Spain-Portugal tour planned by you are the finest of all vacations we have taken.

Hi Olaia & Belen,  I just wanted to say a big thank you for organising the accommodation for the trip at the end of April! The trip went very well and the excellent accommodation gave it a real 'wow' factor for everyone. The rooms, food and staff were great at Casa Arredondo and Hotel Del Oso. Everyone had a great time.

I'll definietly get in touch again if I am arranging another trip and I have already been recommending totallyspain to family and friends!

While it seemed like a nice long vacation while we were on it, reflecting back, it seems like not long ago we hadn’t even started planning it and it’s already gone. Hi Belen, We are just sitting in the Barcelona airport about to head home. I just wanted to send you a brief email to thank you for organising our absolutely fantastic holiday in Spain and Portugal. We have had the best time, the food wine accommodation has all been great. What has been outstanding has been the attention to detail by you, All travel arrangements went without a problem the mix between tours, gastronomic experiences and the guides was amazing. All guides were great but the 4 outstanding ones were Fabio in Barcelona and Adriana in Lisbon , Ignaco in San Sebastián and Rosanna in Madrid. We had to best time with them. It seems that you also arranged for the weather to be perfect as it only rained on one day. ……..We will definitely be recommending you and your company to all our friends in Australia.

Hi Belen. I am thrilled to say that the large package that you sent with the documentation for our trip to Spain, arrived at my home today. I have had a quick look through, and all the relevant tickets and vouchers are there. Dear Olaia, We are home from our  walk on the Camino de Santiago with wonderful memories. The weather was grand, we met many interesting people on our pilgrimage and thanks to your expertise we had first class accommodations in inns, pensions and hotels. In every place that we stayed, our hosts were welcoming. Each night's lodging was different, unique in its own way, and added to our very positive feelings about Galicia.  

The culmination of our 108 km walk in Santiago for Easter weekend was inspiring and our hotel ( one of the Pousadas de Compostela) near the Cathedral and its very helpful staff just made everything better.
