Dear Olaia, I am writing to say how much we enjoyed our trip and how well it all went. Every aspect of it was well organised, and nothing went wrong……. We were amply provided with information on the regions we visited, together with local maps, which were all helpful….I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone. I have to admit it felt like a leap in the dark, when sending off the payment for the holiday, as one hears some horror stories of dealing with companies on the Internet - but my faith in you was very amply rewarded.

Ken, the group had a wonderful time in all the venues we visited. The restaurants were very good. The guides we had were top notch. We had lots of fun. We haven't laughed so much in a long, long time. And we haven't learned so much in a long, long time. That was due to the quality of your guides. We would never have appreciated the treasures of El Prado, the Mesquita in Cordoba, the Alhambra, or the treasures of Toledo, Avila, Segovia or Madrid without the insights provided by your guides. I will enthusiastically recommend Totally Spain to friends and acquaintances considering a visit to Spain. I'm not sure when, but we will return. I look forward to working with you again.

Just a quick note to say that we returned home late last night from Barcelona and that everyone had a wonderful time in Spain. Your program, hotel choices were excellent and everyone was prepared for us, guides were on time and all went smoothly. Carlos is an excellent tour manager and took care of everyone's needs. We have returned from our trip to Spain and I want to report that all your planning went perfectly. We greatly enjoyed the culture of Spain. All the guides were very good and we especially enjoyed our day with Roger……I thank you greatly for all your many prompt e-mails to my questions and hope we have another trip together.

Thank you for all the bookings you made for us and all the suggestions in the planning process. I would never have been able to do all the plans and bookings myself. The standard of accommodation and their wonderful locations, the information sheets, all the vouchers, just made the trip relatively stress free. 18 days in Spain just wasn't long enough! I hope we can come back again some time. I will certainly recommend your company to others! In fact, I have already. Several tourists we met asked us how we planned out trip, as they were either finding it difficult by themselves, or were part of an unsatisfying group tour.

I have been remiss in not writing to you about how wonderful our trip was. The hotels were in perfect locations and charming, our guides were sensational (esp. Oriol, Jim, and Frederico), all the special activities you chose were great. We were in such good hands with you and your team and you all made our vacation one that will be a lifetime memory. My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Spain. We could not have done it without your help. The travel route and cites were terrific. The trains were also a great surprise in terms of speed and locations. The information packets you provided by city were extremely useful and we did many of the things you recommended--especially the walking tours.    The hotels were in excellent areas of the cities and allowed us to walk everywhere.

I am happy to recommend Totally Spain and you to anyone considering a trip similar to mine. I appreciate all that you did. Hopefully my daughter will spend a semester in Madrid and I can work with you again. Thank you.

just found time to let you know how fabulous our trip was! Every detail was planned to perfection. Having Christine guide through the Prada was amazing. Manuel was wonderful. He not only got us safely from destination to destination, but suggested menus and such along the way.

I would like to thank you from the very bottom of my heart for the absolutely wonderful holiday you helped us plan to Spain and especially the Camino. Each place was super , some a little better than others but more than I ever expected . The accomodation in Santiago, Sarria and El Sedor were particulary fantastic. Next year I would like to return and walk on my own - perhaps from A Coruna – and I would like to get to Finisterre – I hope you will help me once again plan an incredible journey - I fell in love with Spain all over again and for a brief moment believed I was the 18 year old who had lived there in 1968.

Matt and I arrived back from our marvelous trip to Spain. We had a great time in Madrid and on our UNESCO World Heritage Parador tour. Everything went smoothly and even the weather cooperated quite well. We walked around a lot, saw so much art, toured old castles and churches, and of course drank much solo café! We want to thank you for all of your assistance with the arrangements and guidance with planning and reservations for our Madrid/Spain holiday. We’ll definitely recommend Totally Spain as a resource to contact when travelling to Spain.

Just returned from Spain on Thursday. We wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all the work you did to make our vacation a success. We especially appreciated you getting us an upgraded accomodation in Sevilla. The two-bedroom apartment overlooking the Plaza de Triunfo and Sevilla Cathedral was a delight. In fact, all our accomodations, train tickets, rental car, and tours went beautifully. We enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime.

My wife and I arrived back from our holiday in Spain last night and I want to thank you for all your arrangements regarding itinerary, hotels and car hire. Your service to us was excellent, including the choice of accommodation, the length of stays and the amount of travel between different cities.

The Paradores were wonderful, especially that in Trujillo, and we have never stayed in hotels so beautiful and well run. You also provided us with excellent materials concerning each location and offered good advice in response to specific questions.

Although we had originally planned to stay in Caceres we were so glad that we actually visited there from Trujillo which turned out to be the highlight of our entire visit to Spain. Also, we arrived in Burgos on the day of a festival to celebrate El Cid and so enjoyed a large market, a medieval festival and a historical pageant in the main plaza which brought our visit to a great conclusion. We loved Spain and its warmth and wide open spaces, also the sense of community in the evenings as families turn plazas into demonstrations of social and community life.

We also made it to Madrid and I fulfilled a long-held desire to see the collection in the Prado - it did not disappoint!

One small suggestion: it would have helped to know in advance that many of the hotels charge for parking. This can mean significant additional costs and we would have liked to have been aware of this from the start. However, this did not detract from a brilliant trip and we are extremely grateful to you for all your help. We will certainly recommend TOTALLY SPAIN to other friends here. Warm good wishes.

We have just returned from Spain. We had a lovely time. The weather was perfect and the area was beautiful. Thank you for all your work and brochures. All the hotels were just as described. You were perfectly right not booking breakfast in Deba we had lovely breakfasts in the café on the beach – coffee, buns and freshly squeezed orange juice.....We loved the hotel in Somo and would recommend it to everybody - wonderful beach. We also enjoyed Gijon as the hotel was so well located...... Thanks again – till next year.
